class=\"wp-block-heading\">Defekte Rom Stromversorgung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Als ich die Karte bekommen habe lief sie nicht. Also mal auf Kurzschl\u00fcsse gepr\u00fcft und alle passiven Bauteile wie Widerst\u00e4nde und Kondensatoren mal einer kurzen Messung unterzogen. Das sah alles gut aus bis ich versucht haben die Verbindung von +5 zum Eprom zu messen das klappte nicht. Also vom Eprom mal den Weg zur\u00fcck verfolgt und sieh da, die Versorgen kommt direkt vom ET4000 Chip und genau dieses Beinchen scheint entwede korrodiert zu sein oder etwas zu viel Strom ausgesetzt gewesen zu sein. Also eine Br\u00fccke mehr schlecht als recht eingel\u00f6tet. Sieh unten das Ergebnis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"4017\" height=\"2043\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fambach.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/20260611_005133.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15725\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Defektes oder inkompatibles Bios ROM<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Leider funktionierte die Karte immer noch nicht. Ich habe mir mal ein Bios aus einer anderen Karte geborgt, siehe da Sie funktioniert wieder. Mein Bios ist von 1992 das auf dem mitgebrachten Eprom aber von 1994 (weiss ich weil ich es ausgelesen habe). Also das ausgelesene Bios auf ein 27C256 gebrannt und schon ging es wieder. Entweder ist das Eprom leicht defekt was die Leiterbahn erkl\u00e4ren w\u00fcrde oder inkompatibel weil jemand vor mir es einfach aufgesteckt hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die beiden Bios Versionen k\u00f6nnen im Kapitel Bios gefunden werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Flirendes Bild<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wegen des flirrenden Bildes habe ich mal per Verdacht die Kondensatoren getauscht das sind nur 4 und die sahen eh nicht mehr so gut aus. 3 Elektrolyt 10uF und ein Tantal mit 2,2uF. Den Tantal habe ich durch einen Elektrolyt ersetzt, weil meine Keramik Kondensatoren etwas zu weit unter den Spezifikationen lagen (1,87uF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dies war ein voller Erfolg bild ist wieder stabil und klar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"3335\" height=\"1564\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fambach.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/20260611_005244-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15734\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">ET4000 &#8211; aus sicht des Isa Slots, 10uF Kondensator<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2557\" height=\"1998\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fambach.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/20260611_194116-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15726\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">ET4000 &#8211; Kondensatoren entfernt, niedlich nur 4 &#8230; es sind nat\u00fcrlich mehr auf dem Board aber sind SMD<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"4624\" height=\"1747\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fambach.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/20260612_201218-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15771\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">ET4000 &#8211; Mit neuen low Provile 10uf Elektrolyt Kondensatoren + ein normaler 2,2uF Elektrolytkondensator<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Generelles vorgehen bei der Fehlersuche<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Grunde wenn die Karte garnicht funktioniert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Sichtkontrolle<\/td><td>Components<\/td><td>\u00dcberpr\u00fcfen ob alle Bauteile da sind und kein Bauteil defekt aussieht<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Sichtkontrolle<\/td><td>Kratzer<\/td><td>Schauen ob Kratzer auf der Platine sind, wenn ja ggf. mit Multimeter auf Durchgang pr\u00fcfen.<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Messen<\/td><td>Kurzschluss<\/td><td>Widerstand zwischen Masse und +5V\/12V\/-12V und -5V messen.<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Messen <\/td><td>Bauteile durchmessen<\/td><td>Ich habe ein  kleine China ES Meter, mal alle Widerst\u00e4nde und Kondensatoren druchmessen. Bei Widerst\u00e4nden schauen das sie nicht kurzgeschlossen oder zu hochohmig sind.
