Es ist kein Problem alte Computer mit AT Stromanschluss mittels Adapter mit einem neuen ATX Netzteil zu betreiben. Allerdings erzeugen die neuen Netzteile meist nicht die -5V die von einigen Sound und Video Karten benötigt wird. Der Voltage Blaster löst dieses Problem. Bei ihm handelt es sich um eine kleine ISA 8Bit Steckkarte, deren Aufgabe es ist die -5V in den Bus einzuspeisen.
Danke an Necroware für dieses Projekt. Nachbau nach necroware/voltage-blaster — kein eigener Entwurf.

General Tips
Soldering points
Check the solder joints on the ICs again carefully, preferably with a microscope or magnifying glass, for short circuits and contact. Measure with a multimeter or continuity tester.
For small solder joints on through-hole components, use flux if possible; it makes life easier and increases the quality of the connection.
