Downloaden und auf ein ROM brennen. Hierzu wird nicht unbedingt ein Eprom-Brenner wie T48 benötigt. Das Rom kann auch in DOS beschrieben werden. Ich habe diese aber noch nicht ausprobiert.

Driver

Ein Dos oder ähnlicher Treiber wird durch das Bios nicht beötigt.

General Tips

Soldering points

Check the solder joints on the ICs again carefully, preferably with a microscope or magnifying glass, for short circuits and contact. Measure with a multimeter or continuity tester.

For small solder joints on through-hole components, use flux if possible; it makes life easier and increases the quality of the connection.

Problems

The map is no longer responding

Error:

• Map no longer visible on the start screen
• Drives are no longer found
• Errors are suddenly occurring when reading from floppy disk drives

Bei mir war as EEPROM nicht schreibgeschützt und wurde anscheinend wegen eines Konfliktes überschrieben. Firmware neu aufgespielt, EEPROM Schreibschalter ausgeschaltet, behebt das Probleme. Evtl. noch nach Konflikt forschen.

Groß Disketten funktionieren nicht

• Keine Verwendung von Disketten über 360KB.
• Reading errors on 720, 1.2, 1.44 and 2.88 floppy disks.
• Fehler trat bei mir mit der Gotek auf, da hier gemischte Größen auf dem USB Stick lagen.

In the BIOS setup, enable the controller's own ROM to load first.

Einschränkungen	Nur 8 Bit, für ATs nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen.
